Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings has said that he is more afraid of "white men" than Syrian refugees. Despite his fear of whites, however, the mayor manages to get by living in a ritzy neighborhood that is more than 92 percent white and only 1 percent black. Dallas, TX Mayor Mike Rawlings spoke Saturday on MSNBC, saying that ISIS wants the United States to "demonize" the Syrian refugees, the reason being that ISIS does not represent Islam. Dallas city council voted unanimously on Tuesday to approve an ordinance allowing transgender people to use the "facilities" of the opposite sex. The measure, which opponents describe as a "bathroom" bill, adds "gender identity" to the city's 2002 anti-discrimination law alongside race, sex, and sexual orientation.  Mayor Mike Rawlings said, "We're a very diverse city.
