Miss America has tightened their gender rules to ban transgender contestants who have not had a fully completed medical transition for their 2024 season. In the new Miss 2024 contract, seen by The Standard, competitors now have to identify either as 'a born female' or a female who has 'fully completed sexual reassignment surgery'.
