On Wednesday, about 200 South Koreans attached thousands of chocolate snacks to 50 giant balloons and released into North Korea after Pyongyang reportedly banned the coveted treats from the country earlier this month. A man could face up to 20 years in prison, for robbing an older woman, and stealing her snacks. Assistant District Attorney Dorothy Hall says Gary Emory is charged with robbery by sudden snatching. Hall says as the 68-year-old woman walked from the store, Emory knocked her to the ground and took her moon pie and other goodies. Hall says he has had other run ins with the law.
