That’s evident when news broke of 22-year-old Taylor Beverly getting arrested after he treated his unnamed date to a police chase. To make that event more exhilarating, he did the pursuit on a 2017 Suzuki motorcycle (we’re sorry, no reports specify which model, and that’s the exasperating thing about non-automotive news outlets).

The electric motorcycle that Harley-Davidson announced back in 2014 is finally hitting the market this year. Since 2014, Harley-Davidson has been working on developing its first electric motorcycle; at the Consumer Electronics Show on Monday, the company announced that the 2020 LiveWire model is finally available for pre-order before its official August launch.

The Isle of Man TT was for many years the most prestigious motor-cycle race in the world. Between 1907 and 2009 there have been 237 deaths during official practices or races on the Snaefell Mountain Course. Snaefell Mountain Course or Mountain Course is a road-racing circuit used for the Isle of Man TT and Manx Grand Prix Races held in the Isle of Man from 1911 and 1923 respectively.

Drew Kampion wrote the following for our Surfing A-Z entry on Brown: Prior to 1964, the media saw surfers as rebellious thugs, and Hollywood made them out to be a bunch of idiots. Filmmaker Bruce Brown single-handedly changed that with The Endless Summer. It portrayed the wave as a kind of Holy Grail and surfers as knights on a quest. A 59-year-old Florida man died Sunday afternoon after he was struck in the head by lightning while riding his Harley low-rider in Park County, authorities said.
