It's surprising that four years after President Clinton left office, the Tallahassee Democrat would devote a full, half-page of its precious editorial space to a hate-Clinton column. The University of Arkansas Press has published the first scholarly assessment of Bill Clinton's presidency, titled "The Clinton Riddle."
