A 24-year-old Oxnard man has been arrested in Mexico in connection with the 2004 murders of three people, authorities said. Rudolfo Negrete was taken into custody in Acapulco Friday by Mexican authorities acting on information from the U.S. Marshals Service and the Ventura County Sheriff's Department, which had been seeking Negrete since shortly after the killings.
