The four border governers (Arnold Schwarzenegger of California, Rick Perry of Texas, Janet Napolitano of Arizona, and Bill Richardson of New Mexico) have sent a letter House Speaker Dennis Hastert and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist urging them to pass "comprehensive" immigration "reform".
