Three and a half years into President Obama's first term as president, half of Americans cannot accurately say what religion he is, according to a poll released this week. Only 49 percent of respondents said that Obama was Christian while 17 percent inaccurately said he was Muslim. Nearly one-third of respondents said they did not know the president's religion, according to the poll released Thursday by the Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion & Public Life.

"Pundits identify themselves as card-carrying members of the establishment when they dutifully argue that Obama is a Christian. But black liberation theology — race hatred blended with Marxism under a thin veneer of mysticism — is hardly Christianity. Does this guy sound like a Christian?"

Just 34% of Americans correctly say U.S. President Barack Obama is a Christian, while 44% say they don't know Obama's religion and 11% say he is a Muslim.

In my last blog, Obama's Religion, I explained the new religion that is taking American churches by storm. That new religion is articulated and exalted by no less than President Obama himself.
