In a story on his movie, on 6/23/2004 at about 5:53 PM PT, on CNN, Michael Moore in response to his movie having an "R" rating said this exactly: "I encourage teenagers everywhere to sneak in and see it" So what does an R rating mean. R Rating: From the Motion Picture Association of America = Restricted - Under 17 Requires Accompanying Parent or Adult Guardian How about standard definition of teenager.
