Mega-billionaire George Soros is donating $150,000 to a proposition that will change California's Three Strikes law. Soros and two other wealthy liberal donors have donated $450,000 to weaken California's tough sentencing law. The San Diego Union Tribune reported that the money will be critical for proponents of the measure to get their message on TV. They include financier George Soros and his wife, Susan Weber Soros, who gave $5 million to ACT and $1.46 million to MoveOn.org; Peter B.
