According to Breitbart, the masked man was arrested on Monday after getting into a scuffle with a group of thugs who approached him as he carried an American flag around Berkeley, California. Stickman – aka Kyle Chapman – was apparently promoting a free speech rally scheduled for today. He was accompanied by a cameraman who captured a group of thugs following and taunting him as he waved his flag.
