A verdict is to be handed down Tuesday on a suit blaming the IDF for the death of activist Rachel Corrie. NGO Monitor says, “Blame the ISM.” Corrie was an American activist for the International Solidarity Movement (ISM) who was killed in 2003 when an IDF bulldozer hit her as she protested the demolition of homes in Rafiah, in southern Gaza. Her family filed a suit in Israel against the IDF, accusing it of irresponsibility. Corrie's father believes the driver of the bulldozer intentionally struck her with his vehicle, while the soldier testified that his view was obstructed by a...

March 16 is the anniversary of Rachel Corrie’s death. She is the American college student killed by an Israeli bulldozer in Gaza while attempting to block a house demolition. Israeli authorities claim that the driverwas unable to see Corrie, given the restricted vision from his perch, and that she acted recklessly by inserting herself into the path of the bulldozer. But as always happens in the Middle East, lies trumped truth. The Corrie myth has been one of the most powerful tools in the anti-Israel propaganda campaign. She inspired literary works, boycotts and political memorials all around the world. Her...

The parents of 23-year-old Rachel Corrie, joined by Rep. Olympia Food Co-op files motion to strike lawsuit brought against them by members who objected to decision to initiate boycott of Israeli goods. NEW YORK – A food co-op board of directors Tuesday filed a motion in Washington state to strike a lawsuit brought against them by five members who objected to the co-op’s decision to initiate a boycott of Israeli goods. In 2010, the Olympia Food Co-op board passed a resolution to boycott Israeli goods, and then became the first grocery store in the United States to officially boycott them. The co-op is a member-based, not-for-profit, natural food grocery...

The Tehran City Council on Tuesday ratified a proposal calling for one of the streets in Tehran to be named after the American peace activist, Rachel Corrie, who is viewed as an icon by many for her resistance against the Zionist regime. Rachel Aliene Corrie was an American member of the International Solidarity Movement (ISM) and a peace activist who was brutally crushed to death in 2003 when run over by a U.S.-supplied Israeli army bulldozer while attempting to prevent the demolition of a Palestinian home in Gaza. The proposal to name a street after Corrie was first put forward...

A group of self-proclaimed peace activists bringing dual-purpose materials to Gaza have refused to deliver the goods – preferring that they remain at sea rather than be transported through Israel. The activists are aboard a ship carrying 4.6 miles of sewage pipes. Materials such as pipes have been allowed into Gaza only under international supervision in recent years, as Hamas and other terrorist groups often use the pipes in manufacturing short-range rockets to fire on Israeli civilians (pictured right). However, under an agreement reached with the help of the Egyptian and Malaysian governments, the goods could be delivered to Gaza...

Is it really still a mystery why political pilgrims are exterminated by the totalitarian entities they worship? The Italian cheerleader for Hamas, Vittorio Arrigoni, has died at the hands of the Islamic terrorism that he venerated throughout his life. The fellow traveler journeyed to the Gaza Strip to prostrate himself before his secular deity, Hamas, and to assist its venture of perpetrating genocide against Israelis. Islamic terrorists, who call themselves “Salafists,” showed their gratitude to Arrigoni by kidnapping, mercilessly beating, and executing him. This episode was, of course, all part of an expected script: even though the media and our...

The parents of a pro-Palestinian activist who died during a protest in Gaza 2003 have arrived in Haifa to pursue a civil court case against the state of Israel. The second stage of the Rachel Corrie case opened yesterday in Haifa’s district court. The American activist died aged 23 in March 2003 after being crushed by an IDF bulldozer. She had come to Rafah at the height of the Palestinian intifada with the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign, to demonstrate against the demolition of houses. An Israeli military investigation into what happened said that Ms Corrie had died during an armed conflict...

IPT News June 9, 2010 SNIPPET: "The Turkish-based charity that helped drive last week's deadly confrontation with Israeli commandos has deep ties to Hamas and other terrorist groups. The Hamas ties are not in question. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and IHH officials simply do not acknowledge that Hamas is a terrorist group." SNIPPET: "U.S. officials have expressed concern over the fact that "IHH representatives have met with senior Hamas officials in Turkey, Syria, and Gaza over the past three years," but IHH is not a designated terrorist organization in the United States. It's fair to ask, why not?"...

THE six Malaysians on board MV Rachel Corrie which was seized by Israel arrived safely in Jordan yesterday at about 12.30pm local time (5.50pm Malaysian time) after Israel deported them. One of them, Shamsul Akmar, said the ship which was carrying humanitarian aid for Gaza, went as far as it could until it was stopped and boarded by Israeli troops and taken to the port of Ashdod instead. “We were so close to Gaza. We hoped because of pressure from the international community that Israel would let this one ship to Gaza. ...The 1,400-tonne Rachel Corrie was carrying medical equipment,...

The boarding of the Rachel Corrie containing activists and aid for Gaza was described by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Saturday as a quiet operation. Netanyahu was quick to distinguish between the boat of Irish and Malaysian activists and the Turkish-sponsored Mavi Marmara which was boarded May 31 in an incident that left nine dead and scores wounded. "The different outcome we saw today underscores the difference between peace activists who we disagree with but respect their right to express their different opinion and flotilla participants [on the Mavi Marmara] who were violent extremist supporters of terrorists," said Netanyahu. IDF...

'We Con the World' Hamas, Turkey, Gaza Flotilla Video Reaches Over 600,000 From IsraelBy Joel Leyden Israel News Agency Jerusalem ---- June 4, 2010 …. In a world which often disregards facts and the truth, sometimes a bit of creative satire breaks through. One such example is a YouTube video entitled 'We Con the World' which illustrates Jews dressed up as Gaza Flotilla Activists, singing a parody of 'We Are The World' with the only difference that these singers are brandishing knives and axes. We Con The WorldWithin a 24 hour period 'We Con the World' had gone from a...

Call it: THE "KILL THE JEWS' ISLAMIC BOATS" The 'Kill the Jews' boat, I couldn't care if they have 'baby-milk' on board (it matters little since Hamas refuses the aid to enter Gaza, once Israel checks the boat for weapon-smuggling), it still is about hatred and attacking 'The Jews.' Take it from the Islamic-fascist "activists" themselves, their words, not mine, but the CNN won't quote the most important 'Kill the Jews' chants, it will encompass-cover everything with a hypocritical wish-washing "translation" of 'God is great!' omitting the genocide call, aim. As you know, CNN is simply "reporting" the news, they...

Fight, Israel, Regroup and Fight! by Ari Bussel In face of the Flotilla of Lies that has unleashed a wave of hatred toward the Jewish State the likes of which we have not seen in recent decades, Israel’s technical response was excellent: footage was made available in real time, her spokespersons are working around the clock and numerous individuals partake in battles raging on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other social networks. New entities were formed in places where they should have been operating long ago (like in the Ministry of Public Diplomacy and its outreach to American Jewry). New initiatives...

The Irish aid ship, MV Rachel Corrie, is expected to arrive in Gazan territorial waters at about 0900 local time (0600 BST) on Saturday. Israel's foreign minister has said it will not be allowed to dock there and so far the crew have had no communication with the Israeli navy. ...Nobel Laureate Mairead Corrigan Maguire is on board the Rachel Corrie. On Friday night the Irish Foreign Affairs Minister Micheal Martin said he had reached agreement with the Israeli government to allow the vessel dock in the Israeli port of Ashdod, but it is believed that the activists declined the...

DUBLIN: An Irish aid boat steaming towards Gaza still plans to break the Israeli blockade, a Nobel Peace Prize winner who is on board vowed today, saying its passengers and crew "are not afraid". The MV Rachel Corrie should be within 40 kilometres of the coast of the Palestinian territory by early tomorrow, Mairead Maguire told Ireland's RTE state radio. "We don't have contact with the Israelis and the Israelis haven't contacted anyone on board this boat, but we are all fully committed to sailing the boat to Gaza," she said by satellite phone. "We do know that one of...
