A handicap ramp in front of a Fountain family's house is in the middle of a neighborhood squabble. Vincent and Heidi Giesegh say their neighbors are threatening legal action if they don't remove the ramp. They say the next door couple is worried that the ramp will hurt the value of their home. The Giesegh's say they need it for their 16 year old daughter Kirsten who has Cerebral Palsy. NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Canisters of bull semen caused quite a scare on the on-ramp to Interstate 65 South Tuesday morning. The canisters fell off a Greyhound bus just after 5 a.m. as the bus traveled around the curve of the ramp just south of downtown Nashville. Fire and emergency crews were called to the scene amid reports of a foul odor.

MIAMI, Fla. -- Police are searching recycling centers and scrap yards for a 5-foot long aluminum wheelchair ramp that was stolen from a handicapped man's yard. Miami Police said a man riding a bike stole the ramp - after pushing the 74-year-old man's wife out of the way. The ramp fit over the stairs. The thief rode away on his bicycle, carrying the ramp. Police are urging any worker at a center that accepts metal to call them immediately if someone tries to cash it in.
