A statement from the Grayson County District Attorney’s Office said the charges filed this week arise from the Aug. 7 incident in which Travis was involved in a traffic accident in western Grayson County. Reports from the time of the incident show that Travis was booked into the Grayson County Jail by Texas Department of Public Safety troopers after they found Travis near the scene of a wreck at Hwy. 922 and Clover Road, just outside of Tioga.
