In a move that's shaking up the charts (literally), Ben Shapiro has released a rap song with Tom McDonald. For around 30 seconds, the podcaster spits lyrics as sweeping camera shots punctuate the scene. Incredibly, the song is now sitting at number four on iTunes in the rap genre. To be fair, I did warn everyone that 2024 was going to be bonkers. Wait, is the song actually...not that bad? You be the judge, but it didn't take long for the memes and trolling to begin.

A Kenner man imitating the lyrics of a rap song accidentally shot and killed his friend Thursday night according to police. Ronnie Webber, 27, was arrested on negligent homicide charges Thursday night. According to Kenner Police, Weber said he was holding a semiautomatic handgun and listening to a rap song when he imitated the lyrics that called for a gun shot and the weapon went off and hit his friend, Johnathan Beasley, 23, in the chest.
