Interpol has rejected the Palestinian Authority's request to arrest Mohammed Rashid, a, who is wanted for embezzling hundreds of millions of dollars, the PA attorney-general, Ahmed al-Mughni, announced over the weekend. A Georgia man appeared in court Monday on charges he killed his own daughter for disgracing his family.
