Days after authorities in Zanzibar said men are banned from braiding their hair on the island, Minister of Information, Youth, Culture, and Sports Tabia Maulid Mwita, apologised for the confusion caused by the statement. Mwita said the 2015 law being enforced is meant only for Zanzibar men, not those from outside the isles. Men face a fine of more than U.S.$400, six months in jail, or both, if they break the law. "We find it dangerous to our future generations. This is one form of immorality in Zanzibar, it is a culture which is adopted from outside Zanzibar," executive secretary...

In these last days, the Bible says it will be a time of mass hybridization and the mixture and corruption of human DNA by fallen angels, also known as "Aliens." The government is and has been, conditioning the existence of aliens through Hollywood, science fiction, cartoons, and other sources. However, they are not telling you the whole truth. These Aliens are not ascended masters, or enlightened ones, or beings from galaxies millions of miles away, nor are they our forefathers or original creators. They are fallen angels who were kicked out of heaven for their rebellion against the headship...

Now comes Dr. Winston De La Haye, director of the detoxification unit at the University Hospital of the West Indies and president of the Psychiatry Association of Jamaica, who believes that the use of ganja may well be a major...

Cindy Sheehan accompanied us on our trip and helped us deliver goods to Malik Rahim in Algiers. Cindy was wonderful and made everyone who came in contact with here feel special. Algiers is a community that has been devastated... not by Katrina, but by the amount of neglect that the people there have received. Algiers used to be a community of 75,000...

Addis Ababa - The African Union plans to relaunch attempts to gain reparations for the countless Africans who were abducted from the continent and sold into slavery over the centuries, the pan-continental body said. In a statement released late on Friday from its headquarters in Addis Ababa, the African Union said its executive Commission would push the issue, and would also call on African parliaments to do so. RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- A prison grooming policy is being challenged by six inmates -- three Rastafarians and three Muslims -- who claim the rules violate a federal law that protects religious freedom. Inmate grooming policies have been challenged in courts and found to be constitutional, said Kent Willis, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia. But Wednesday's lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court, alleges the Department of Corrections is violating the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act passed by Congress three years ago. The act would apply to the Department of Corrections because it receives...
