Former President Donald Trump returned to social media for the first time since he was banned from Twitter and Facebook last month, posting a letter from his attorney to House impeachment manager Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., on his Gab account. The posting Thursday night apparently was in response to Raskin’s letter requesting Trump appear and testify at the scheduled Senate impeachment trial scheduled to begin on Jan. 9. The entire post was an image of the terse three-sentence note from attorney David Schoen, which mocked Raskin and the trial. "We are in receipt of your latest public relations stunt,'' the...

Call to Action: On Wednesday POTUS Donald Trump did something that seemingly came out of nowhere: He took to Twitter to publicly call for his attorney general, Jeff Sessions, to end the “witch hunt” investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller. In a series of tweets, Trump lambasted his AG — nothing new there — while outlining his ‘case’ for ending the probe. So why did the president chose today to make these allegations and to publicly call on Jeff Sessions to shut down the Mueller probe — when POTUS himself can do it?

When people come into our Country illegally, we must IMMEDIATELY escort them back out without going through years of legal maneuvering. Our laws are the dumbest anywhere in the world. Republicans want Strong Borders and no Crime. Dems want Open Borders and are weak on Crime! 3:44 PM · Jun 30, 2018

Chris Farrell, Judicial Watch. “They were running an operation to undermine a candidate for President of the U.S. These are all violations of law. This is intelligence tradecraft to steer an election. There’s nothing more grave when it comes to abuse of our intelligence system... ...This is a level of criminality beyond the pale. This is such a grave abuse of power and authority, it’s like nothing else we’ve seen in our history. President Donald Trump cannot block users on his Twitter feed, a federal judge in New York City ruled Wednesday. Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald said in her ruling that Trump is violating the U.S. Constitution by preventing certain Americans from viewing his tweets. The social media platform, Buchwald said, is a "designated public forum" from which Trump cannot exclude individual plaintiffs.

A federal district court judge on Wednesday ruled that President Trump can't block people from viewing his Twitter feed over their political views. Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, said President Trump’s Twitter account is a public forum and blocking people who reply to his tweets with differing opinions constitutes viewpoint discrimination, which violates the First Amendment. The court’s ruling is a major win for the Knight Foundation, which brought the lawsuit on behalf of seven people who were blocked from the @realDonaldTrump account because of opinions they expressed in...

Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends) - Daily Wire reports that a young lady named Maria Ana Carrola Flores, a student at UC San Diego, is suing the school for allowing her to do stupid things. No, I didn’t make that up. It seems Ms. Flores participated in an anti-Trump rally the day after Election Day 2016 (because she and her fellow snowflake students didn’t get their way and mommy wasn’t around for them to whine to), and was hit by a car when several of them tried to block a nearby freeway. We should all hope she...

A prominent attorney for cybersecurity issues has this advice to the unnamed Twitter employee said to have pulled the plug on President Trump's email account: "Don't say anything and get a lawyer." Tor Ekeland told The Hill that while the facts of the case are still unclear and the primary law used to prosecute hackers is murky and unevenly applied, there is a reasonable chance the Twitter employee violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). Twitter announced Thursday evening that "a Twitter customer support employee... on the employee’s last day" intentionally cut off service to President Trump's Twitter account....

President Trump took to Twitter on Thursday evening to call out Hillary Clinton’s shady financial dealings with the DNC during the 2016 presidential election. Trump then suggested the Justice Department should investigate the matter. “Donna Brazile just stated the DNC RIGGED the system to illegally steal the Primary from Bernie Sanders. Bought and paid for by Crooked H……..This is real collusion and dishonesty. Major violation of Campaign Finance Laws and Money Laundering – where is our Justice Department?,” tweeted President Trump
