John McCain joined three other senators Thursday in sending a letter to President Barack Obama, expressing concern over reports the Administration may try the mastermind of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and other alleged war criminals in civilian courts. Sen. John McCain is preparing for a 2008 showdown with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who so far who leads him in the presidential race according to most polls.
