Ron Wood said he's cancer free once more, after revealing a new bout with a rare and aggressive form of the disease amid the coronavirus pandemic. "I've had cancer two different ways now," Ronnie told the London-based Sun. "I had lung cancer in 2017, and I had small-cell more recently that I fought in the last lockdown." The grandmother of Ekaterina Ivanova, the girlfriend of Ronnie Wood, has told the Rolling Stones guitarist to leave her granddaughter alone. "That Ronnie - what a nightmare!," said Mrs Ivanova, who is closer in age to the Rolling Stone than her granddaughter. She threatened to "get even" with him if he hurt her granddaughter. Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood was arrested this morning on suspicion of assault. “I can confirm that there was an incident last night and that Ronnie Wood was arrested,” a spokesperson for Wood said in a statement to Rolling Stone. “He has since been released on police bail. Three members of The Faces reunited on stage when Ronnie Wood and Ian McLagan joined Rod Stewart at his gig at the Hollywood Bowl. Wood, who left the band to join the Rolling Stones, accompanied Stewart on five songs, including the finale of Ooh La La as McLagan played organ. Monday's performance was the first time Stewart and Wood have worked together since an MTV session in 1993. When Wood joined the Stones in 1975 Stewart concentrated on his solo career.
