The South Dakota Republican Party passed a resolution Saturday alleging President Barack Obama has “violated his oath of office in numerous ways” and calling for his impeachment. The resolution, sponsored by a member who boasted that he had a “thick book on impeachable offenses of the president,” was passed 191-176 at the party’s state convention over the weekend.

Some people have told me that in South Dakota, there's an unspoken rule about so-called 'negative ads.'
