<p>HOTSHOT lawyer David Boies, who was humbled in Florida while representing Al Gore during the 2000 presidential recount, is undergoing another sour episode in the Sunshine State. The Florida Bar has filed an ethics complaint against Boies, charging him with violating bar rules by paying more than $400,000 in legal fees for a client his firm is representing in a Palm Beach County contract dispute.</p>
