SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. — A man was sentenced to 12 years in prison on Thursday for biting off his ex-girlfriend's lip in Simpsonville, solicitor Walt Wilkins said. Seth Aaron Fleury, 23, plead guilty to assault and battery of high and aggravated nature, Wilkins said. Fleury will have to serve at least 85 percent of the 12-year sentence before he becomes eligible for parole, Wilkins said.
