Court records show a change-of-plea hearing is scheduled Wednesday for 25-year-old Dalian Washington of Philadelphia. Washington is charged with sex abuse of a minor and sex trafficking of a child.

Tucker Carlson reported that several jurisdictions may soon consider motions to create registries for animal abusers the same way sex offenders are documented. Iran Eli Glover, 42, was found guilty on all 143 counts against him after a jury deliberated for three hours. He is now convicted of 48 counts of first degree sexual assault, 25 counts of first degree sexual abuse and 72 counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person of trust. The jury must be unanimous on each count in order to convict.
