Vice President "Big F#@!IN Deal" Biden visited a frozen custard store in Glendale, WI., and chided the manager for being a "smartass". The manager was asked how much was owed for the custard cone that Biden had, and the manager responded by saying "...it's on us". I guess Biden didn't like the manager's comment about lowering taxes, either...check this out:
