A Queens landlord was killed by her teen tenant during a fight that erupted this week when he failed to make good on rent, authorities said Thursday. Davi Vidal, 19, lashed out at Leo Zoraida, 55, around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday inside their building on 96th Street near Northern Boulevard in East Elmhurst, cops said. Vidal hadn’t been paying rent, sparking the deadly altercation with Zoraida. Cops say the landlord was found unconscious and unresponsive with scratches on her face inside an apartment.

TRENTON, S.C. - A 60-year-old man who strangled his girlfriend died of a heart attack while burying her body in their South Carolina backyard, investigators said. Deputies found Joseph Anthony McKinnon's body Saturday after neighbors called and reported an unconscious man in a yard in Trenton, the Edgefield County Sheriff's Office said in a statement. As they investigated McKinnon’s death, deputies found a body wrapped in trash bags in a freshly dug hole and determined it was his girlfriend, Patricia Ruth Dent, 65, investigators said. British diplomat Rebecca Dykes, working at the UK embassy in Beirut, Lebanon, was found dead along the side of a road early Saturday morning. Authorities are saying Dykes was murdered after finding her dead body tossed to the side of a major roadway over the weekend. It is believed Dykes had been at a party on Friday night and left by herself around midnight. The woman’s body was found alongside the Metn highway. The lawyer representing Nadal Amar, the terrorist who abducted and murdered First Sergeant Tomer Hazan last month, has provided details of the murder. Peel Regional Police arrested a 57-year-old man Tuesday morning after receiving a 911 call from a suburban home in Mississauga from a man saying he had killed his daughter, according to a Toronto newspaper Web site. I just found one my dogs hanging from a fence. It's still alive but one of it's eyes is now protruding out of it's socket. I tried to push it back in a little but I got scared and I don't want to damage it. Is this something that will go away on its own? Or am I being to scared and can push it in on my own?
