Obama was expected to arrive in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon to take part in a pair of fundraisers for the Democratic National Committee, according to the White House. The president will travel aboard Air Force One and arrive at Los Angeles International Airport sometime in the afternoon, a White House news release stated. He was scheduled to arrive around 2 p.m., according to LAX police.
