THE FRAUD AND DECEPTION CONTINUES!... Unfortunately, the Judge ruled in favor of the State and effectively dismissed the Complaint. Personally, I believe that this could be the result of the immense poisoning of vexatious and incompetent litigation that has plagued the Hawaiian court system, as this case should have been very easily won--if nothing but the law were considered.
