A North Attleborough Middle School guidance counselor is facing statutory rape charges amid allegations that he had sex with a 14-year-old girl. Brian McBride, 31, was arraigned Tuesday on charges filed by both Attleboro and North Attleborough police, reports the Attleboro Sun.
