<p>The FBI has swooped into an elderly man’s Indiana home and seized thousands of artifacts he collected — he says legally — during his decades of travel to hundreds of destinations, including Haiti, Australia, New Guinea and Peru.</p> <p>Donald Miller, 91, accumulated the artifacts over the past 80 years, said FBI Special Agent Robert Jones, during a news conference.</p>

A video uploaded by a Phoebe Landolt shows a riot cop assaulting a girl standing on the street. Police had been called in to quell a student riot in Arizona after the Wildcats lost their game to Wisconsin. The girl in the video did not appear to be rioting or causing a scene, but the officer can be clearly viewed charging her and knocking her over for apparently no reason.

CBS 7 has obtained the two arrest affidavits for Odessa Police officer Salvador Becerra. In the affidavits, investigating Texas Ranger Brian Burney states on two separate traffic stops, Officer Becerra brought a female back to his patrol car, asked her breast size and proceeded to touch her breasts underneath her bra after a little bit more conversation. The most recent incident occurred on March 9th and soon after the female reported a complaint to OPD. One day after the 43rd anniversary of his near-fatal shooting, Serpico, 77, said he has yet receive his long-delayed Medal of Honor certificate, which typically accompanies the medal. BERKELEY, CA -- A truck driver was beaten within an inch of his life by California Highway Patrol for not signing a traffic ticket that he could not read. The driver, who broke no laws, was beaten so badly that he woke up in a trauma hospital. A sheriff's deputy in Orange County will be arraigned Monday for allegedly pepper-spraying a teenager's pizza during a traffic stop. The teen, authorities said, and a group of friends later became sick after eating the pepper-spray tainted pizza. Authorities charged Juan Tavera, 30, with one misdemeanor count of assault or battery by a public officer. 19-year-old Kendrec McDade was shot multiple times by police in Pasadena last March while fleeing. Cops continued to shoot when they mistook their own shots for shots from the suspect. BALTIMORE CITY, MD — A cabal of corrupt corrections officers and members of the Black Guerilla Family gang enjoyed nearly free rein inside the Baltimore City Detention Center, federal authorities allege, smuggling drugs and cellphones into the jail and having sexual relationships that left four guards pregnant. An indictment unsealed Tuesday names 25 people — including 13 women working as corrections officers — who face racketeering, drug and money laundering charges. It alleges that Tavon White, an inmate known as “Bulldog,” took control of the prison gang soon after his arrival in 2009 on an attempted murder charge.
