PHILADELPHIA - In the middle of the unrest in Philadelphia, city police are investigating after a van full of explosives and suspicious equipment was found. The van was found on Logan Circle. WPVI reports police recovered propane tanks, torches, and possible dynamite sticks from it. The bomb squad is now investigating. Police haven't said who owns the van, or if any arrests have been made.

SUFFIELD -- Route 168 in Suffield is back open after a 47 year old biker is killed in a crash. The driver that was involved is an illegal immigrant, and now he's in custody. It happened just before 7 this morning. A car turning onto Hill street cut in front of Gary Thureson of Canton. Police say he laid his bike on its side, but couldn't keep from hitting the car.
