A student at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) was arrested after he posted a message on Twitter that threatened to kill his professor for scheduling an exam early in the morning. FAU police arrested Rafael Decomas last week after receiving a tip about a Twitter post from Decomas, according to local news outlet WPTV. His Twitter post stated “i gern (expletive) kill dis professor bey this is my confession to a premeditated murder" in a direct tweet to another user appearing to be his girlfriend. Conservatives on Twitter lashed out following the swift cancellation of Roseanne Barr's hit ABC program after here racist tweet, citing a double-standard in entertainment for those who are conservative or support President Trump. The right-leaning critics took particular aim at ESPN’s decision to hire Keith Olbermann and MSNBC’s continued employment of Joy Reid. Both have made provocative comments in the past. ABC canceled Barr’s show after she wrote a tweet that referred to former Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett as a product of the “The Planet of the Apes” and “the Muslim Brotherhood.” Olbermann was recently hired by ESPN for...

MSNBC host Joy Reid is catching major heat from Jane Sanders, wife of Bernie Sanders. During a typical rant on Twitter, Reid accused Sanders of mistreating his wife. @SenSanders Bernie Sanders.— Jeffrey Cawthorne (@zo7vette) November 29, 2017 Um... I get that he has a hardcore following, but his own attitudes toward women, from his weird early writings to his physical dismissal of women in his presence (including his own wife) make that an incredibly dubious prospect.— Joy Reid (@JoyAnnReid) November 29, 2017 Her comments did not go unnoticed. I didn't answer your biased reporting about Bernie during the last 2...

After MSNBC counterterrorism analyst Malcolm Nance confronted Breitbart editor Alex Marlow on Friday's Real Time show, demanding that he retract an article from last April which accurately highlighted Nance "nominating" a Donald Trump property for a terrorist attack, actor Mark Hamill was so impressed with the liberal MSNBC analyst that the Star Wars icon praised him on Twitter and dubbed him a "Jedi master." After MSNBC's Joy Reid highlighted Hamill's tweet on her AM Joy show on Sunday, Hamill also threw some Twitter praise toward the far-left MSNBC host. At 11:46 a.m. ET on Sunday's AM Joy, host Reid excitedly...

RALEIGH, N.C. — The chairman of North Carolina’s elections board has resigned following complaints about comments he’s made online criticizing President Donald Trump.

Andy Penry resigned Saturday from the State Board of Elections and Ethics Enforcement. The Democrat said he was leaving the board because he did not want to undermine an ongoing probe of potential wrongdoing in the state’s 9th Congressional District. The board is investigating alleged fraudulent activity related to mail-in absentee ballots and could order a new election.

Ocasio-Cortez’s wild-eyed claims comparing her victory’s significance to the moon landing and wiring America for electricity saying 'we've done what we thought was impossible’ are too absurd for words The swearing-in ceremonies of the One Hundred Sixteenth United States Congress will be the biggest show on earth, making way for the first time since the DNC Barack hoopla of 2008, the January 3, 2019 Birth of a Star. The politicians and their Hollywood instructors are all in rehearsal right now; will continue rehearsing through the upcoming holiday period, and the birth of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on the House Floor will be...

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina -- U.S. President Donald Trump says he will shortly be providing formal notice to Congress that he will terminate the North American Free Trade Agreement, giving lawmakers six months to approve the replacement he recently signed. Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One while returning to Washington from Argentina, Trump says: “I will be formally terminating NAFTA shortly.” Seeking to gain leverage with skeptical lawmakers to approve the revised trade pact, Trump says Congress “will have a choice” as it considers the agreement he signed with the leaders of Mexico and Canada on Friday during the Group of 20 summit. He says they can choose between the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement or “pre-NAFTA, which works very well.” Trump has made renegotiating NAFTA a centerpiece of his presidency.

I may be signing my own Twitter death warrant with this opinion piece but so be it if I dare to criticize and accuse the man who has more power to influence American political thought than Vladimir Putin ever could dream of having. That man is Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey. By silencing conservative thought he can control much of America’s political dialogue, with his minions deliberately steering it in a leftist direction reflecting their inner beliefs, while blaming it on inanimate software. Pushed to the wall, they bleat that the algorithm made them do it. As this Congress winds down,...

Conservatives are increasingly vowing to quit Twitter for what they say is censorship of prominent voices. The problem with conservatives or any like-minded group quitting a social media platform and all joining a new one is simple: Echo chambers are absolutely no fun. Ever hear of the saying, "... to own the libs?" How about, "... to own the cons." These are prominent sayings on Twitter, and embody much of what the platform is about: embarrassing, or beating or berating the other side. Invariably it's a combination of the three. So if conservatives left Twitter to go somewhere else, would...

Twitter Declares War on Biology By MICHAEL BROWN Published on November 28, 2018 I recently did a little computer-generated test to help determine my “physiological age” as compared to my “chronological age.” (Thankfully, I was 8 years younger than my chronological age, 55 rather than 63.) One of the first questions I was asked was whether I was male or female. Why? It’s because — brace yourself! — men are biologically different than women. What a revolutionary concept!

They aren’t even pretending anymore – the left and their pathetic, craven Fredocon Renfields hate us, and they are giddy at the idea that they can shut us up and make us serfs in our own country. But they can’t do it. And if they weren’t so in love with the thrill of temporary success in banning people from Twitter and lying to our faces on 95% of the channels, they would understand the dangerous and hopeless game they are playing. See, they want the benefits that come with a free and stable society, but they don’t want to do...

She’s not a senator, but Cynthia Nance plays an enormous role in shaping the debate over some of President Trump’s judicial picks. Ms. Nance, former dean of the University of Arkansas School of Law, handles the American Bar Association’s judicial ratings for nominees to federal courts in North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri and Arkansas, which make up the federal 8th Circuit. The ABA’s role is one the more opaque parts of the process, but Republicans are pushing it into the light, accusing her of allowing personal bias, particularly a fealty to abortion rights, to color her ratings....

This is a tale of two young, outspoken women in media. One is a liberal tech writer. The other is an enterprising conservative new media reporter. One has achieved meteoric success and now works at a top American newspaper. The other has been de-platformed and marginalized. Their wildly different fates tell you everything you need to know about Silicon Valley's free speech double standards. Some smug elites will downplay Twitter's disparate treatment of these users by arguing that private tech corporations can do whatever they want and that no First Amendment issues have been raised. But this battle is about...
