The 5-year-old stepson of a British woman who lives as a man, with the child’s mother, is now “transitioning” to a girl, the couple has revealed. They also complain that they’ve suffered “insults” at the hands of people online and their neighbors, and they’ve also been reported to social services. What, exactly, these insults are was not specified in an article covering the couple on Heart. House Budget Chairman John Yarmuth (D-Ky.) has announced that the forthcoming budget blueprint will call for a 33 percent corporate income tax rate by hiking the rate from 21 percent to 28 percent. This would make the U.S. a less competitive place to do business and make the U.S. statutory rate higher than many developed competitors. The United Kingdom’s surge of the previously unheard of phenomenon of acid attacks has seen an average of 15 a week over the past three years, with the vast majority taking place in the crime-struck capital. Doctor Who's much-hyped New Year's special is reportedly the lowest-rated episode of the show since it returned with new Doctor, Jodie Whittaker. The series - which returned on October 7 2018 for its 11th [reboot] season - concluded on December 9, with an audience of 6.65 million; but the January 1 special, which saw the infamous Daleks return to the show, haemorrhaged a massive 1.5 million viewers. A knifeman shouting 'Allahu Akbar' has been arrested after stabbing three people in a brutal frenzy in Manchester Victoria station this evening. Three people were stabbed in the attack at the city center transport hub, including one British Transport Police officer and a man and a woman, both in their 50s.     The attacker was said to have been armed with a 'long kitchen knife' and was pepper sprayed and tasered before being arrested by police officers. Sadiq Khan is calling for an overhaul of Scotland Yard’s controversial gangs database after it was found to include a “disproportionately” high number of young black men. The Mayor today published a review of the confidential Gangs Matrix, which was created after the 2011 riots to identify those considered at risk of becoming involved in gangs.
