On Tuesday, a British court ruled that belief in the Bible was “incompatible with human dignity.” That statement came in a case involving Dr. David Mackereth, a devout Christian who had worked as an emergency doctor for the National Health Service for 26 years. He said he was fired from his job because he refused to call a biological man a woman. The court’s ruling stated: “Belief in Genesis 1:27, lack of belief in transgenderism and conscientious objection to transgenderism in our judgment are incompatible with human dignity and conflict with the fundamental rights of others, specifically here, transgender individuals.”...

Muslim doctors and nurses are to be allowed to opt out of strict hygiene rules introduced by the NHS to restrict the spread of hospital superbugs. Female staff who follow the Islamic faith will be allowed to cover their arms to preserve their modesty despite earlier guidance that all staff should be "bare below the elbow". The Department of Health has also relaxed rules prohibiting jewellery ... The rules were drawn up to reduce the number of patients who were falling ill, and even dying, from superbugs such as MRSA and Clostridium difficile.

FINGS are not lickin' good for KFC in their bid to sell fried chicken to Islamic customers. They're now being threatened with a boycott by both Muslims AND non-Muslims. Britain's second biggest fast food chain hoped to woo the Islamic market by opening 86 trial outlets selling halal-only meat - that's from animals slaughtered under strict religious guidelines. But KFC's target diners insist the chickens are not being killed in the right way and say they will stay away.

Environment Minister says his party has been infiltrated by a fundamentalist Muslim group that wants to create an “Islamic social and political order” in Britain. The Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE) — which believes in jihad and sharia law, and wants to turn Britain and Europe into an Islamic state — has placed sympathisers in elected office and claims, correctly, to be able to achieve “mass mobilisation” of voters. More than half the population believe Britain is deeply divided along religious lines, according to an official survey. A majority would also strongly oppose the development of a mosque in their neighbourhood, the research into social attitudes found. Almost half - 45 per cent - say they do not believe that diversity has brought benefits to the country and that religious diversity has had a negative impact. The government-backed inquiry revealed that only one in four people in Britain feel positively about Islam.

A 22-year-old man who raped two 13-year-old girls in his car after plying them with alcohol has been jailed for 14 years. Munshur Ali, from Hyde in Greater Manchester, asked his victims for directions and began chatting with them before offering the young girls a lift. Ali drove the girls to an off licence in Stockport and bought them a bottle of vodka to drink. He then took them to a church and raped the pair twice in the back of his car.
