A 20-year-old Alabama man has been charged with a sick and twisted crime -- burning a "V" into the forehead of a teenager, claiming to police that he's a vampire. Evan Francis Brown of Albert, Ala., was arrested on a warrant in Gadsden for second-degree assault on Tuesday when he appeared in court for a separate vandalism charge.
