<p>The GOP has spent most of President Obama's time in office — nearly a term and a half, at this point — calling him a tyrant and dictator. It's been good for business, helping them raise a ton of money and win elections, and so naturally they'll keep on doing it.</p>

In a spoof of Shark Week, Comedy Central will deliver Shart Week. Yes, what a difference one letter can make. "It's gonna be a gas," Comedy Central announced Tuesday, describing it a "weeklong excrement extravaganza." The #ShartWeek programming starts at 8 p.m. Aug. 3, and the theme will be carried through episodes of "Tosh.0," "Futurama," "South Park," "Workaholics," "Chappelle's Show," "Key & Peele" and other series. The week concludes Aug. 9 with 11.5 hours of "poop-themed programming" from 12:30 p.m. to midnight, Comedy Central said. Viewers of "@midnight" can expect Shart Week-themed #HashtagWars segments.

Nickelodeon, the kids’ TV channel, apparently sees no problem with directing children to the Twitter feed of one of its voiceover stars, Jason Biggs – even if Biggs tweets reprehensible things about the anuses of conservative political women like Janna Ryan, wife of VP candidate Paul Ryan. Viacom (NASDAQ:VIAB) has seen its viewership drop of late, meaning it can charge less money for the same commercial spot. So, the company’s solution has been simple: run more ads.
