The mayor of West New York, who mounted a recall campaign against the former mayor before eventually being elected, was charged along with his son yesterday with three counts of hacking a website that aimed to recall him. Dr. Felix Roque, 55, and his son, Joseph Roque, 22, were arrested at their homes yesterday morning and charged with gaining unauthorized access to computers in furtherance of causing damage to protected computers; causing damage to protected computers; and conspiracy to commit those crimes.
