The van driver who struck a school bus and killed four children was charged Wednesday with four counts of criminal vehicular homicide. Olga Marina Franco del Cid, 24, was indicted by a grand jury on a total of six federal counts. In April, she was charged with two counts of identify theft, two counts of false representation and two counts of using a false document for employment.
