Trump: Is there anything better than a Trump rally? These liberal singers, they actually vote for me. You know, like Bruce Springsteen. We have a much bigger crowd than Bruce Springsteen. Right? pic.twitter.com/avB1njR58v — Acyn (@Acyn) May 11, 2024 A spokesperson for the city of Wildwood backed Trump’s claim. Lisa Fagan told The Associated Press she estimated the crowd had to be between 80,000 and 100,000 people, based on her observations of smaller events which took place in the same space. But footage from the rally made those stats fairly hard to believe. While Trump fans packed the rafters behind...

Biden’s comments came days after Hamas had fired a barrage of rockets from Rafah toward the Kerem Shalom border crossing, which is used as the main entry point for humanitarian aid entering the...

Donald Trump Saturday campaigned in New Jersey, but social media was focused on someone he pointed to in the crowd. Trump delivered remarks at a rally in Wildwood, New Jersey. The former president's introduction included a mention of his "golfing friends." "He's doing quite a great job. What do you think, Lawrence? Doing a great job!" the ex-president said at his weekend. "Look at those to guys, O.J., Lawrence, my golfing friends. We don't have to agree on everything!" Later in the speech, Trump again mentioned "O.J." and "Lawrence," calling them "great guys" and claiming that they once played football....

My wife is not a big fan of President Trump. So when I got back from covering the Trump rally in Wildwood Tuesday, she asked me a question: “Were there any empty seats?” Were there any empty seats at Woodstock? I’ve never covered a Trump event that didn’t evoke images of that 1969 rock festival. As with Woodstock, the organizers have no need to advertise the event widely. The mere mention of it is enough to attract massive throngs of the faithful. Another similarity is the opportunity to hear a lot of great rock music from the 1960s. I arrived...

WILDWOOD-President Trump has come and gone and the only remaining evidence is a happy mayor and fistfuls of dollars in the pockets of local businesses and hotels who would otherwise have been continuing their long wait for the summer tourism season. Hotels were at capacity and businesses were active as tens of thousands of Trump supporters came from near and far, some waiting days to be the first to see the President at Tuesday’s rally. It was a small, but appreciated local economic boost for a city that lays nearly dormant from November through April every year. Wildwood is New...

President Donald Trump appears to be on easy street when it comes to his potential re-election. In fact, his chances are so good that even liberal talking-head Chris Matthews was forced to admit that the president is sitting pretty leading up to November. During MSNBC’s day-long coverage of the impeachment trial, the “Hardball” host decided to take a moment to “put it all together” for the audience. Unfortunately, it may not be what the left-leaning group of listeners wants to hear. First, Matthews pointed out the increasing popularity of self-avowed Democratic socialist Bernie Sanders, who was recently involved in a...

President Donald Trump’s rallies continue to attract a broad coalition. While Democrats are trying to out-compete one another by moving further and further to the left, alienating many voters in the process, Trump pitched the GOP as a big tent party last night. And that shows in his audience. Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale polls the audience at all of Trump’s rallies, and during last night’s rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, the figures showed Trump attracting Democrats and the previously politically-apathetic. “10.4% of attendees didn’t vote in 2016,” Parsale wrote in a tweet. And 26.3% were Democrats. While New Jersey...
