Not that FR isn't perfect already, and not that JimRob need be taking requests from the audience.....but.... It would be 'nice to have' a "View All Replies" button to augment the "View Replies" button. So that you can immediately see the complete back-and-forth discussion throughout the entire thread between Poster B and Poster C, D and E. Currently "View Replies" just give's you the "Is not!". Then you want to read the "Is too!" and the second, third and etc round of "Is too, too! Is not, not!" As it is, you can somewhat follow by pressing "View Replies" several...

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A senator leading an investigation into the government's response to Hurricane Katrina questioned whether post-storm requests by New Orleans city officials for golf carts, air conditioners and travel assistance were necessary. Documents released Thursday by Republican aides to a Senate committee show that New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin's administration also asked for hundreds of laptop computers, patrol cars, handcuffs and guns for police. The flooded city was ransacked by some looting after the Aug. 29 storm, and many of its police cars and other vehicles and equipment were destroyed. "They struck me as not the typical request,"...

Now that Bush has won re-election with a strong popular mandate and Republicans have strengthened their position in Congress, here is what I'd like to see accomplished over the next four years: 1. Close our borders and deport all illegal aliens. Combine the US Border Patrol and the US Coast Guard into a fifth branch of the US Military for the purpose of homeland defense. Construct a contiguous, militarized, defensive border wall between the US and Mexico. Increase troop patrols on the Canadian border. 2. Prosecute the War in Iraq (and the War on Terror) with decisive and overwhelming firepower,...

WASHINGTON - The Bush administration eased a series of important environmental regulations in a quiet flurry of late-summer activity, delivering almost every rule change on corporate America's wish list. In the past few weeks, the administration diluted federal rules governing air pollution from old coal-fired power plants; emissions that cause global warming; ballast water on ships contaminated with foreign species of plants and animals; sales of land tainted with PCBs; drilling for oil and gas on federal land; and scientific studies that underpin federal regulations. In every case the business community got what it wanted, and environmentalists got mad. Administration...
