It’s looking like a tough year for toll roads in Texas, and no one could be happier about that than Terri Hall, the San Antonio woman whose group is leading the grassroots fight against the controversial pay-to-drive roads that Gov. The search for a missing teenage girl ends with a horrible discovery. 18-year-old Ashley Degerstrom's body was found stuffed in the trunk of her own car. That car was found Saturday afternoon at the Villas at Costa Brava Apartments on the northwest side. Ashley disappeared from her home Friday morning. Her family called police, but they didn't see anything suspicious at first. But Friday night, they were called out to a west side home for a burglary, and found blood and a bloody knife inside.
