Reports of wild celebrations in Arab villages and neighborhoods following last week’s deadly terror attack in the Sarona Market in Tel Aviv left many shocked and horrified. Yet such expressions of joy and satisfaction following murderous acts of terrorism are hardly new, and have become a frequent occurrence after such attacks. Perhaps the most well-publicized celebrations came in the wake of the 9/11 attacks in 2001, when Arabs across Judea, Samaria, Gaza, and eastern Jerusalem were filmed cheering and handing out candy. For one young woman, however, these spontaneous expressions of celebration were not merely disgusting or disturbing – they...

Donald Trump issued a scathing condemnation of Wednesday's terror rampage in Tel Aviv. "I condemn, in the strongest possible terms, the outrageous terrorist shootings that took the lives of at least four innocent civilians and wounded at least twenty others in Tel Aviv yesterday," he wrote. "The Israeli security forces’ investigation is ongoing, but some facts have already emerged — and they are grim. "Just as fast as the condolences arrive from the civilized world is the praise arising out of the uncivilized one. Hamas praised the attack, calling the attackers 'heroes.' Reports out of Hebron indicate that residents of...

The key to turning the Yankees season around could be under Jason Giambi's pinstriped pants. The Yankee slugger revealed Friday he slips on a gold lamé thong with a flame-line waistband when he's trying to get out of a hitting slump - and he's shared it with his teammates.

In this war freedom should come first not after! In New Hampshire the Motto is Live free or Die! I don't need Bush spying on law abiding americans and taking our freedoms. Anyone who surrenders a square inch of freedom to the government in the name of saftey is a traitor and should be treated like one! Let the Bush Fashists all drop dead! Filthy Commys! LET FREEDOM RING!

Many argue that communism will never be possible because of "human nature". The essence of this false argument is the belief that a communist society would consist of an all-powerful central government that would tell everybody what to do--and would therefore undermine the creative initiative of individuals and the search for happiness. • This argument is based on two false assumptions: (1) It assumes that a communist society will look like the former Soviet Union, or the current China, North Korea, etc (ie: corrupt police states with a feudal-style ruling class) (2) It assumes that people will only work in...

TOKYO (AFP) - An underwear maker celebrated the birth of Japan's first new professional baseball team in 50 years with a commemorative bra shaped like baseballs each bearing the team mascots. The bra is made of synthetic leather and has dolls of the team's furry mascots "Clutch" and female "Clucchina" clutching the side of each bra cup turned baseball. Completing the theme, the bra is trimmed with a real eagle's feather, underwear maker Triumph said. The single commemorative bra will be sold by an internet auction closing Wednesday, a day ahead of the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles' home debut in...

Democrats were crying foul yesterday after a Bush campaign official managed to cross-reference Vietnam and "Seinfeld" in criticizing an ad for John Kerry. "John Kerry's campaign seems to be summed up this way: 'I went to Vietnam, yada yada yada, I want to be President," Bush campaign spokesman Terry Holt told The Washington Post. Holt's swipe came as a put-down to a new ad by the Massachusetts senator touting his war hero status. On the TV sitcom "Seinfeld," "yada yada" was shorthand for information someone would rather gloss over. Kerry spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter immediately demanded an apology, and former Sen....

A half-man, half-beast, dubbed the "kolor ijo" or "green underpants", has been blamed for stalking Jakarta's outskirts, attacking people with its claws and raping lone women. Terrified residents set up special kolor ijo patrol squads, while others draped their homes in magic talismans to ward off the creature. The whole city has been transfixed by the rampage, with television crews and newspapers joining the hunt, uncovering a well-travelled beast that roamed from the city's main airport in the north-west to Bogor in the south, a distance of around 80 kilometres. And to make matters worse, the beast also seemed unencumbered...

KUALA LUMPUR (AFP) - A team of house burglars dubbed the "Underwear Gang" by Malaysian police has struck for the fifth time this year, local media reported. The three-man gang, armed with bolt-cutters and screwdrivers but wearing only T-shirts and underpants, broke into a house in Malacca by prising open a sliding door, police spokesman Gemon Ishak told the New Straits Times. The owner of the house, a 29-year-old woman, was awakened by the noise and went to investigate, surprising the scantily-clad burglars who bundled her and two maids into a room before fleeing with 30,000 ringgit (7,895 dollars) in...

At the end of the fantastic rally in San Antonio they had an Iman- the word was spelled for the crowd- give a benediction. The Iman was obvuiously not for military action in Iraq, and during the benedictrion prayed for the womem and children of Iraq! This is fine to pray for people everywhere, but this rally was specifically for the US troops and US president. The rally was soooooo awesome, but it had to be politically correct. It put a damper on the rally for me. Do you think I am over reacting? Can't we just support our troops and president without having to be poitically correct?
