The Sheriff's Office says Kevin Leonardo Guzman-Gutierrez, 24, engaged in sexual conduct with a child between the ages of 11 and 14. Guzman-Gutierrez is described as 5'5", weighing 135 pounds. York police have an arrest warrant for a York County Probate Court judge candidate, accused of domestic violence against her husband, according to police and court records. Diondra Chianta Love, 41, is charged with second-degree domestic violence in an Aug. 3 incident. The arrest warrant was issued Aug. 8 by a city judge in York. A Rock Hill man has been charged with domestic violence against his wife involving — the man's pit bull. John Louis Walch, 59, is accused of opening a cage that held his pit bull in June and urging it to attack his wife, according to police and court records.
