GOD MADE HERB
GOD SAW THAT IT WAS GOOD

Genesis 1:11
Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth"; and it was so.

And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

And God said, "See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.
It is simple fascist ignorance to believe that this herb bearing a seed is just a weed to be eradicated when its seed contains the most complete and absorbable combination of amino acids required by the human body for sustenance of any plant on the face of Earth. Yet, some persist with the belief that an herb given by God to man and beast alike at the beginning of time and which has grown freely almost everywhere, including here long before our nation was formed, is permissibly eradicable or controllable by the federal government through powers granted by the interstate commerce clause of the Constitution. Though, it is an impossible task to devise a logical explanation of how this could be true. In light of the rest of the Constitution any such perceived mandate dissolves.

Nowhere in the Constitution is it enumerated what one may put into ones body. Therefore, that right is reserved for the states or the people. However, since God has already specified in the Bible what one may consume, it is, in fact, the People’s God given right.
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Don’t fall prey to puritanical punditry extending interpretations of the following quotation falsely to force Christians to be loyal subjects of fascist dictators like Hitler, Stalin, Mao, or Hussein.
Romans 13:1

Are our federal or state 'powers that be' ordained by God if by definition they are separated from the Church? Are they ordained by God as they willfully violate the Constitution which they are sworn to uphold by waging war upon their own citizenry, stealing their property and imprisoning them for the possession of a flower gifted from the Garden of God?

It should be a duty for freedom loving Republicans to prevent government from imposing upon individuals, through force and coercion, arbitrary puritanical beliefs that are contrary to established religious facts, beliefs and scripture. Only in this way can we assure the freedom of religion envisioned in this nations’ founding.

"Amotivational syndrome," is simply the satanic psyche community’s newspeak for "the sloth" and it is in no way justification for imprisoning an individual for possession of a flower from the garden of God. Crimes are being perpetrated in the name of government solely on the basis that an herb may alter the thoughts in an individual in some manner deemed inappropriate by corporate pawns seeking to maintain the efficiency of their chattel.

There is an air of absolutism and elitist fascism running rampant in the health care profession today. The puritanical dictates of this profession are a threat to the liberty and security of our nation. These issues are far more important than the possible health risks of an herb. They pander to parental fears in an attempt to adopt us all as children of a nanny state. All hail the oligarchy of the doctors, we want to be enslaved by paying top dollar for scripts for the elderly while paying debt service on the money we have to borrow to buy these drugs, even though we know there will not be a dime left for us when we get old. Meantime, the oligarchy will dictate what one may ingest, regardless of what one’s religious faith or the Constitution has to say on the matter.

I can grow hundreds of herbs and flowers in my own garden all of which have an effect on the human body in one way or another. Some have medicinal properties. Some which I am permitted to grow have portions that are deadly if ingested at all and others if in too high a quantity. Why is it that this particular herb which pre-existed this nation upon this land is so different that it falls under the jurisdiction of the commerce clause?

'Natural Rights' are those rights granted by God to mankind
and which governments are erected by mankind in order to protect.
It is NOT for governments to protect us from ourselves or from sin or from perceived sin.
In the very first book, first chapter, of the Bible it clearly states that
FOOD was granted by God. Therefore, it is every man's right to partake
of whatever Gifts of God.
The Genesis quotes say it is for food and other translations say meat. However, neither is quite perfect as a translation.(note: "consuming in fire")

"Meat" makes sense since this herbs seed contains the most complete and absorbable combination of amino acids required by the human body for sustenance of any plant on the face of Earth.
