Frankly, I personally believe that the real death toll from the political excesses of Stalin and Mao could be as high as 150 MILLION.

Not when the state archives of Russia and China have not been fully opened up to show the real extent of the deaths caused by mass executions, deliberate famine, labor camps and forced exile. In fact, many of the deaths were likely never publicly recorded, either. Think of it as the Nazi Holocaust but never unfettered even by a major war.
