WASHINGTON — Special counsel Robert Hur has declined to prosecute President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents but said in a report released Thursday that Biden’s practices “present serious risks to national security” and added that part of the reason he wouldn’t charge Biden was that the president could portray himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” who would be sympathetic to a jury.
“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” the report said, but added that the evidence “does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”

So the head of the FBI let Hillary off when he looked into her mind and saw she had no prior intention to commit her documents felonies. No charges.
Now Biden didn’t mean to do anything felonious but his poor memory got in the way. No charges.
Any more excuses?
Since when does guilt have to be “established” before charging? Guilty or not guilty is only established AFTER a trail.
This could be the first step to removing him from office using the 25th Amendment, and thus removing him from the ballot in 2024.
Johnson is 3rd in line.
The underlying message is that no Democrat will ever be prosecuted and/or convicted in a DC court. It’s over 90% Dumbocrat and black ppl are over represented. The takeaway is that black voters in DC are either too stupid or too partisan to participate in our jury system which requires an open mind and a lack of bias. I hope Trump uses this theory as part of his appeals.
The special council’s job is not to hypothesize what a jury will think or rule, it is to determine if crimes have been committed and then let the courts sort it out.

If that is his only defense then it needs to be explained to the American voter as he is not fit to be President.

You knew they were going to find some excuse not to punish Quid Pro Joe & the Biden Crime Family.
But this one is damaging. if he’s too senile to be prosecuted, then he’s too senile to run the country.
However, the Special Counsel was absolutely wrong about one thing: Joe Biden is absolutely not “well-intentioned” (He’s a liberal, after all.).
