It appears that this jury is great with the pan faces.
But when the Shiller "lie" was out...they looked at each other. I hope the judge saw them "lose it". He has to make a choice soon..If he acquits...the Dems will go nuts. If he deems Trump guilty...he's just setting it up for appeal...and putting off any resolve till later. Hmmmm.....what to do. He MUST let it go to the jury....imho

Never heard such a thing that a judge can decide who a defense team can bring in as a witness. When Mark Fuhrman testified in the OJ trial and F Lee Bailey asked him if he ever used the N word in the last 10 yrs and said no..they brought in someone who had the tapes of him saying it..Judge Ito didnt say “Oh you are not allowed to bring her in” they can bring in circus clowns its none of the judges business
Both defense and prosecution can object to any evidence or witness. The Judge is the decider, though he must decide based on solid legal precedent or law. If the Judge suppresses legitimate evidence or testimony, he opens the door to appeal. The same is true if he allows illegitimate evidence/testimony.
