Eventually Vreeland became a member of an Unofficial Intelligence Investigation Division (UID). In September of 2000 Vreeland was sent to Moscow to work with a Canadian systems analyst named Marc Bastien. They worked together closely for three months analyzing weapons systems. Vreeland came into possession of documents intercepted from a foreign agent that foretold of a September 2001 attack on the World Trade Center in New York City. He alerted his superiors and was ordered to return to North America with the papers.

I need more information regarding those documents.
