AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 470) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | May 5, 2002 | All of Us

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who gave their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

More mailbox bombs have been found in six locations in Nebraska: Seward, Columbus, Ohiowa, Davenport, Scotia and Dannebrog. Authorities said each device was accompanied by a letter. These devices were not mailed, but rather placed in the mailboxes.

Scientists say they have found the earliest known fossilized remains of a flower, in China. The plant is believed to have lived 125 million years ago.

Spiderman opened to record box office receipts.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Good morning. From yesterday's thread, I would say EVERYBODY's yard must look beautiful. No one was here freeping. Everyone was doing yardwork.

Except for Neets, who was sleepy and had a fever. I hope you feel better now.

So, Nita, when you cook up a storm, is a storm watch in order? Should FEMA be called?

WOW, I go away for 1 day and the thread flat-lines!!

OK, alrighty then!!! Can't let that happen again. In keeping with the desire to up our cultural level around here, I'm going to up mine, so my message to you people is: up yours! It's showtune time!!!

There posts to me still
But I never heard them pinging
No I never posted at all
Till there was you

And there were Cheese Threads
And moose under our noses
They tell me
In sweet reeking prattle
Of dawn,
With you...

There were posts, run-of-the-mill
But I never heard them ringing
No I never heard them at all
Till there was you...

Hi Sweetie! I am doing great. The weather is absolutely gorgeous. Girlchild has her head in a good place. Boychildren are coming home in 2 weeks. Hubby spent the day at his parents' yesterday and they are doing well, for once. Choir is winding down, piano lessons are winding down, etc. etc. etc. I am actually looking forward to summer for a change; deciding not to do the musical was a GOOD decision. Looking forward to long summer evenings NOT cooped up in an auditorium.:)

How are you doing? I hear you were ill????

"Drew you outta the woodwork, didn't it?? ;-)

Actually I just decided to check in after church.:)

I can't speak for anyone else but the weather has been too nice to spend the day inside freeping. If summer were like this ALL THE TIME (65, blue skies, no humidity) I would be in heaven. I wouldn't even miss the snow.:)
