Just wanted to get other freeper perspectives and see if anyone here watches this show. It is awesome! Now I have to wait until the fall for more new episodes :(
Jennifer Garner is amazing.

It didn't make sense to me that she would have blue hair or wear that dog collar tonight. The blue hair made her stick out and the dog collar could have been used to choke her.
So I take it that her friend died in the flood of the exploding red ball?

I don't know but I wonder when the first moose, cheese and shower comment will be posted on this thread?

I kind of dug the blue hair. Did not notice the dog collar - blended in with her techno/rave outfit, kinda like the hair. I think the CIA dude has gotta be drowned.
Man - it's tough being a man in Sidney's life! They all end up dead.

I saw the pilot and second episode, thought it was kind of silly. Dark Angel is the best thing on broadcast teevee right now, the last few months have been quite intriguing.

Both are good shows. Don't know what it is, but there is something I like about strong female leads.
A big diff though is that ALIAS will be back in the fall, I think FOX has cut Dark Angel.

I gotta go with "THE SHIELD" for best TV show. I'm hooked.
To: Dan from Michigan
I don't have cable, and have not seen that show yet.

The Shield is excellent, but for no-holes-barred-I-can't-wait-to-see-what-happens-next-week obsession, it's gotta be 24.

Great show. My wife and I watch it every week. Cool story. Cool gadgets. And a plot that leaves ya wonderin' just what's gonna happen next week? There's not really too many shows now that are interesting. This one's fun.

Nope, not into the superhero chick movement..
La Femme Nikita (the TV show and especially the movie) had both beat.
For sheer thrills, nothing beat Kiefer Sutherland in 24. I was lucky enough to see the first hour, and I was hooked. I have yet to be disappointed. Dennis Hopper, a late addition, is at his sleazy and evil best, and there have been more twists than the Pikes Peak road race.
Dittos to The Shield. An easy switch right after 24.

...it's gotta be 24. I only watch two network shows; '24' is one, 'Smallville' the other. I would agree...for television, '24' is the closest you'll come to an 'edge of your seat' storyline.

BTW, La FN has the same producers as 24. Maybe a 24 speculation thread is in order. Maybe even a "Is 24 a conservative show" thread in News/Activism. I just don't feel I'm a senior enough forum member to post one sentence vanities. :)

That perpetual pained expression on her face is irritating and overdone. Her guy-friend writer/reporter is a do-gooder busybody who needs to be slapped, and her father should have gone down with the Titanic. Other than that...
Actually, I like the SD6 boss, who always seems to be on the verge of catching on, and the CIA handler is very fine indeed, despite his bizarre taste in women.
To: AmishDude
dittos, 24 unfortunately can't survive in its current form, and that will be its undoing.. it was a great ride though. The Sherry Palmer character is a classic, a Lady Macbeth redux. I think Nina Myers is the mole.
